Please note my last full day of live classes will be Tuesday 24th December. There will then be no live classes over the Christmas and New Year period until l restart them again on Monday 6th January. If you'd like a video to keep you going over Xmas please contact me.
Benefits for Runners
As a keen runner, completing the London Marathon in 2017, Pilates was the perfect way to ensure I kept injury free and strong form. As a result I have tailored exercises specific to the running community.
Pilates can correct muscle imbalances resulting from high impact training by:

aligning the joints

strengthening and stretching the muscles to prevent pain and injury, particularly in the injury prone areas such as the hips, knees, hamstrings, IT band and Achilles tendon

building core strength, creating efficient movement and
