Indoor group classes
I hold local indoor, group classes as per the timetable shown below. Depending on demand and availability of venues I may add classes to this schedule, so please make sure you subscribe to my updates using the link at the foot of this page.
The cost of a class is £7 or save money and book a block of 6 for £35.

A new class every Monday, my weekly video
To stay mobile and healthy in the comfort and safety of your own home I offer a weekly class via video link. Every Monday a new video will be released and will be live for that week until the next video is released. The cost is the same as coming to a face to face class, £7 per video or £35 for a block of 6. Videos can be viewed on any device, at a time that suits you and you can take the class as often as you like within the week it is live. If you are interested please contact me.
Zoom online classes
I hold regular Zoom online classes on the days/times shown below. These classes are streamed live from one of my indoor, group classes so you get all the atmosphere of a group class from the comfort of your own home. Zoom is an online meeting platform that is free to join a class from, you simply follow a link then enter a passcode (that I send to you) and you can join the meeting from your browser on any device, or through the Zoom application which is free to download and use, but this is not essential, the browser based option works just as well as the application. If you haven’t used Zoom before, don’t worry, it is really easy. This link gives you more information on how to use Zoom - and I am happy to talk you through it if needed. The cost is the same as coming to a face to face class, £7 per Zoom class or £35 for a block of 6.
