Purestretch is heavily influenced by Pilates and has a touch of yoga. It’s a fun, flexibility class with a strong focus on core strength.
The theory is “you’ve got to move to improve" so classes are choreographed to move and stretch the whole body whilst giving the core a really good workout.
And just like Pilates, bands, blocks and balls can be used to support movements and stretches making classes suitable for everyone.
So if you fancy giving it a go let me know and I will try and run a pop up class in your area so you can give it a try.
